Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 United States* as we want to make buying a very simple task - See the price, Pay that price and Get your item... that's it!

We strive to ship all orders placed with us within 2 business days, most shipments leave within 24 hours of confirmation of payment!  The travel time for our items are approximately 1-7 business days to reach their final destination once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

We ship most items UPS or Fed Ex Ground so please include your complete physical address since neither carrier will deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our software/ smaller items are normally shipped via USPS Media or Priority mail.


Our larger items are generally shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Trucking Carriers - In this case we may not have tracking information readily available but you will however receive a call from the carrier when your item arrives at your local depot. 


**** If you are receiving an LTL freight shipment, please confirm that there is a DO NOT DOUBLE STACK CONE on your item and inspect it thoroughly before you sign for the product.  If you do not note any issues or concerns you may have on the Bill of Lading  of the Carrier, there will be NO recourse to file a claim! ****


Please note all orders canceled after they have been shipped by our warehouse are subject to a 30% shipment recovery fee. This will also apply to customer remorse refusals, returns due to incorrect size ordered and all shipments which are deemed undeliverable by the carrier to the address which was supplied in the order. All returns due to functionality of the unit must have a prior RMA authorization from Shipments which are refused at delivery due to damage will not require an RMA and the shipment recovery fee will not be applied.

*Free shipping is to the continental United States and for standard shipping only.  If you are outside of the continental United States and are interested in this item, please email or contact us for a specific shipping quotation.  In the rare instance you are in a rural or substandard delivery zone additional charges may apply.   If there are any issues delivering an item to your specific location we will contact you as soon as as possible.  Every once in a while we have something that simply cannot be shipped because of bulkiness and shipping cost where, well, we would have to make the price so high it is not appealing at all.  It is very few items and they can be found in our Local Pickup section.  These products are for those lucky enough to be close to our warehouse in New Holland, PA 17557.
