Returns / Warranty Policy & 30 Day Moneyback Guarantee
We want you to get what you are looking for, even if is NOT the first thing you purchase. That is why 3Gorillas.com offers you a return policy designed to help you get exactly what you want. Most of our merchandise can be returned for a credit within 30 days of the shipping date unless otherwise noted in the product description or if it your item has a manufacturer defect and is under a manufacturer warranty*. If the item is not functioning correctly and is under the manufacturer warranty, please contact the product manufacturer with any service or return inquiries you may have.
We require you to request a 'Return Merchandise Authorization Number' or RMA # before you return your item. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA # for us to take the item back and give a full refund! If an item is returned without an RMA #, it will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Please request an RMA # by clicking here.
When shipping the item back to us, carefully repack the item with all instructions and documentation in its original packaging and send it with the RMA # written on the package as well as the shipping label. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Upon receipt and review of your RMA (which may take up to 3 business days), we will replace or refund your payment. Only the item amount will be credited, we will not refund the original shipping amount paid nor the return shipping fee.
* Please note all orders canceled after they have been shipped by our warehouse are subject to a 30% shipment recovery fee. This will also apply to customer remorse refusals, returns due to incorrect size ordered and all shipments which are deemed undeliverable by the carrier to the address which was supplied in the order. In the case of items purchased and picked-up at our warehouse directly, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any items returned due to buyer remorse or incorrect size purchased. All returns due to functionality of the unit must have a prior RMA authorization from 3gorillas.com. Shipments which are refused at delivery due to damage will not require an RMA and the shipment recovery fee will not be applied.
